Feedback and Complaints

The Feedback and Complaints Process is designed to be a positive and productive means of improving the quality of the services that Monaro Early Intervention Service delivers.

Your feedback is important to us. MEIS values the feedback of families, staff members and the wider community in helping to ensure that the programs and services it provides meet the needs of children and their families. We guarantee that you will not be penalised in any way or prevented from accessing services while your complaint is dealt with.

You can make a complaint via one of the options below:

  1. In Writing using the 'Feedback and Complaints Form' click to download and drop it off to us at MEIS - there is a suggestion box located in the foyer, or post it to
    PO Box 1332 Cooma NSW 2630 or via our email address. 

  2. Verbally to a staff person of your choice, the General Manager or a Management Committee Member in person or call us on: 02 6452 7424.

  3. Online by submitting the 'Online Feedback and Complaints' form below.
